Leggings: Hot or Not?

It seems the fashion world is buzzing with a new trend - leggings. Are they hot or not?
It depends on how you wear them. If you are wearing them as pants they are a total NOT, honey! But if you wear them under a skirt, tunic, or dress they are HOT!
The perfect shoes to go with this outfit are ballet flats or Converse All-Stars. However, leggings with open-toed shoes is a NOT. They just don't work together!
If you want to be creative and add a twist to the new leggings trend, pick bright colors instead of just black, brown, or grey. Or how about polka dots or stripes? You never know, one day you may start a trend yourself!
