Forever and Forever: FNF Up!

Ok, so picture a 25 year-old Muslim with glasses and a skateboard. He's Wasalu Muhammad Jaco ... but you may know him as Lupe Fiasco. With three Grammy nominations under his belt for his first album, Food and Liquor, Lupe is going strong. "1st and 15th" is the name of his own record label, started just before one of the best rappers alive - Jay-Z - asked him to be on Roc-A-Fella Records. He declined, but Lupe and Jay-Z remain close friends.
Lupe is not your average rapper. He doesn't talk about his cars, clothes, money, and how many girls he's had. He talks about growing up in Chicago, the war, and anything else that affects people's lives in a positive or negative way. He's been called a nerdy rapper for the middle class who talks about the struggle to survive.
So take a listen to some of his songs. I actually own the Food and Liquor album, and it's the best rap album I've ever bought!!
