Fun Exercise!

We can all admit that exercising isn't ALWAYS the first thing we think of when looking for something fun to do. Well, now it can be! There are tons of fun things to do that will give you that little extra bit of exercise, sometimes without you even realizing it! I've compiled a short list of my top ten favorites, but don't be fooled! There are lots more, so just think about it!
1. Dancing
Dancing is a great way to exercise! There are so many ways you can go about it. You can do it by yourself, with your date, or with a group! Try going to a club, a school dance, or even taking a dance class. You WILL work up a sweat, but have a ton of fun doing so!
2. Shopping
Who thought shopping could be exercise?! Go to the mall with your buddies, but make it your goal to walk the whole mall. This will get you exercising and save you money, since you won't want to stop in every store.
3. Yoga
Yoga is what I like to call "zen stretching." Your mind and body are centered and connected while you do some crazy stretches. The more you do, the more you can achieve! You may surprise yourself when you realize how flexible your body really is!
4. Sports
Any sport will get you sweating. So pick your favorite, anything from surfing to basketball, and get playing!
5. Laughing
My personal favorite exercise. Laughing, especially really hard, jiggles your diaphragm, giving your abs a nice little workout. If you do it often enough, you'll start to feel a difference. Also, laughing is generally healthy for you emotionally!
6. Going to the Beach
There are so many great ways to exercise; walking on the shoreline, surfing, playing volleyball, or even just jumping some crazy waves!
7. Gardening
If you love to garden, make it a habit! All the things you do in the yard will get your muscles working, even if just a little bit.
8. Rebounding
Rebounding is jumping on a mini trampoline made for exercising. Who doesn't love trampolines?! This is a super fun way to exercise, and I'll bet you can't do it without smiling! :)
9. Play with Your Dog
Taking your dog for a walk or playing with him/her in the park is fun for you and your dog! This exercise will keep both of you healthy!
10. Play Some Video Games
With all the cool games out there that get you up and moving, why not make them a part of your daily routine! Try WiiFit, WiiSports & Dance Dance Revolution. Also, there are tons more!
