Why I Write for SDM: I write for SDM because I love writing, and especially about my favorite subject - fashion. I also really like giving advice to anyone who needs help!
Activities, Sports, Interests: I usually do cross country during the summer and then participate in track during the spring. I'm also currently in the drama club, seeing as I enjoy acting in my spare time, too. I might even join the German club later on in the year because I'm enrolled in German 1, and I may need some extra help with it.
Favorite Authors: I absolutely LOVE 'chick-flick' type books, and so these ladies are my absolute favorite: Sarah Dessen, Ann Brashares, Elizabeth Craft, Sarah Fain, and although Stephenie Meyer's aren't necessarily 'chick-flick' type books, I still ADORE the Twilight saga! Who doesn't love a good vampire love story!?!
Favorite School Subjects: I'm not a very big math person, but I do enjoy new challenges, so I try to 'like' my Algebra II class. But, I do really like English and Literature; my Geography Excel class is fun, too. I can't wait until I'll be able to take a Fashions & Textiles class next year!
Favorite Movies & TV Shows: I am a total sucker for pretty much every type of movie, chick-flicks especially, comedy, romance, drama, horror, action. Some of my favorite ones are Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 1 & 2, Twilight, The Devil Wears Prada, She's the Man, This Christmas, The Jane Austen Book Club, 17 Again, Confessions of a Shopaholic (and Teenage Drama Queen), Mean Girls, and He's Just Not That Into You.
I watch a lot of different shows, and I watch a lot of series too. Some of my faves (I know they're a lot!) are One Tree Hill, Secret Life of an American Teenager, Greek, Gossip Girl, 90210, Make It or Break It, Lincoln Heights, 10 Things I Hate About You, Ruby & the Rockits, Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, Sonny With a Chance, JONAS, Run's House, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and Kendra.
I listen to: I listen to TONS of different kinds of music - pretty much everything interests me. I go all the way from Avril Lavigne to Linkin Park. I've recently become attached to some country music. I've always loved Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift, but lately I've been listening to Billy Currington, Rascal Flatts, Gloriana, and Darius Rucker. I really like Metro Station, Carolina Liar, Paramore, and Nevershoutnever!
Most Important Values: What's most important value-wise to me is just honesty and trust. If you can trust me with the 100% honest-to-God truth, then so do I. Also, the value of friendship is extremely important to me.
I enjoy: Simple things are what I try to enjoy the most. Although they seem to easily slip through the cracks, I still try my hardest to realize the importance of them. I like spending time with my family and friends, drawing, designing clothes, act, reading, writing, and watching movies and TV. I like playing around on the computer and even going to school ... sometimes at least.

Future Plans: I plan on doing many different things when I grow up, but my main plan is to become a fashion designer. I want to own my own clothing and accessory line, and have at least one boutique to call my own. I also would like to do a little interior decorating and cooking, too. Like maybe go to a culinary arts school later on in life. And since I like to write, I also want to be a fashion editor for maybe my own magazine! Plus, writing my own novel has always been a constant dream of mine.
Jasmin Cheyenne is all about: EVERYTHING. Just about anything will make me happy, and I try and be all about letting it go, living in the moment and acting like it's my last day. I thrive on happiness and music; family and friends are all part of that. I try to love life every single day, no matter what it throws at me; I really try and make any situation better, no matter what happens. So, I am generally a pretty nice, friendly, and sometimes crazy person, but I've learned to love her.
